Cheeky Chocolate – Returns Policy

At Cheeky Chocolate, we want you to enjoy your purchase. We take great care to ensure our novelty wrappers and wrapped Galaxy® bars reach you in perfect condition.

1. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will offer a full refund (including standard delivery costs) once we have received and inspected the returned item(s).

To arrange a return for a defective product:

  • Email us at sales@cheekychocolate.co.uk with your order number, details of the defect, and, if possible, photos.

  • We will provide instructions on how to return the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products (personalised or perishable items), we cannot accept returns for:

  • Non-defective items.

  • Items returned after 14 days of receipt.

  • Items that have been opened or partially consumed.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If a product is defective, you may request a refund only.

4. Your Legal Rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK law. You are entitled to a refund for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
