At Cheeky Chocolate, we ensure your cheeky treats are shipped quickly and securely. Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail or a trusted courier service, with tracking provided for your peace of mind. For faster delivery or additional options like required signature on delivery, please get in touch with us before placing your order.
Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. While handling fees are fixed, transport fees vary based on the total weight of your order. We encourage customers to group all their items into one order, as we cannot combine separate orders, and each order will incur its own shipping fees. We take special care in packing your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Please contact us to arrange a return, and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned items. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
